If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase and wish to return it, please read the following conditions carefully.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We cannot accept returns that have been worn out, brushed, cut, hair-sprayed, or that smell of smoke or perfume. The mesh and head are essential for keeping wigs from becoming tangled and potentially damaged, so it is essential that you package the piece up with the paper head in the crown and the hairpiece placed inside the mesh and then the mesh placed in the bag.

If we receive an item that is not in it's original condition, we reserve the right to reject the return or to refund less than the full price of the item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any item that is faulty in any way will be exchanged or refunded if returned within 14 days of receipt.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Return postage If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us. For returns due to other reasons, the customer will need to pay for the return postage.
The returns address is on the postage label of all orders. Please contact us to clarify any of the above information. For your own protection, we recommend that any returned items are sent Recorded Delivery. If your return is lost in the postal system we cannot refund or exchange until the package has been traced.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (though we are usually quicker than this). Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Refunds are issued on the payment method used at the time of purchase.
Cancellation Policy
If you purchase an item but then decide to cancel the order, please contact us. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will immediately cancel the order and refund you. If the order has already been dispatched, then you can return the item for a refund (see Returns Policy above).
